A rider is allowed one guest to ride to scheduled appointments.

Riders who interfere with the safety or privacy of other riders or the driver may be suspended from transportation services. Also, after three repeat no shows, you will be suspended from transportation services.

TACC observes the following holidays.

• New Years Day
• Good Friday
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving (2 days)
• Christmas (2 days)

For safety, seat belts must always be worn to ensure the protection of all riders. Children who are 8 years old or weigh at least 80 pounds must wear a seat belt. Any child under this limit must be secured in an age-appropriate car seat.
